Colleges of the Fenway Counselor Tour 2014

During this day-long tour, you will have the opportunity to tour all six colleges and hear from a student panel during our complimentary lunch. For more specific information, please visit:

Important!

This tour is extremely popular. For that reason, we must design limits to accommodate as many high schools as possible. Please note we limit two counselors from one high school to attend the tour. Thank you for your consideration.

We recommend that you mail your deposit as soon as you register for the tour. This tour is usually full by the end of September.

After you register online, please remember to mail in a $25 deposit check (made out to Colleges of the Fenway) to hold your place for the tour. When your check arrives, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Erin Holmes. This process may take up to two weeks considering time in the mail.

You are not officially registered until we receive your deposit and your online registration information. The check will be returned to you the day of the tour. If you need to cancel, please give us 8 days notice and we will void and shred your check. Your deposit will be refunded to you if you notify us of a cancellation at least 8 days prior to the tour.

Please register with the name that appears on the check. Colleges of the Fenway cannot fully register you if the name on the check is different from the name you use on the online registration system. If you are sending a check from your school, please list the names of all of the attendees on the check in order for them to be fully registered.

Transit and Parking Information

We strongly encourage our registrants to take public transportation into Boston. The closest MBTA stations are Ruggles Station on the Orange Line and the Museum of Fine Arts stop on the Green "E" Line. Both stations are only about one block away from Wentworth Institute of Technology's campus.

Limited parking is available in Wentworth's West Lot at the corner of Huntington Ave. and Ruggles Street.

To get to registration and breakfast at Beatty Hall from the West Lot, walk through the parking lot and make a left to head toward the quad. Beatty Hall will be the building on the right, facing the quad. Additional, paid parking lots and a garage in the area are located at 20 Museum Road at the Museum of Fine Arts. Rates at $29 for six hours or more.

Hotel Accommodations

We understand that many of you are traveling in from various parts of New England and the Mid-Atlantic and it may be a difficult commute the morning of with an 7:00 AM start time. If you should need hotel accommodations for the night prior (11/5) or the night after (11/6), please feel free to reach out to any of the following hotels and mention that you are on a Colleges of the Fenway tour affiliated with Wentworth Institute of Technology to receive the discounted WIT rate, based on the hotel’s availability.
